HMR (High-Mobility-Restraints)
Until now, people working in standing and sitting positions could not be protected by means of an adequate belt system. SCHROTH has solved this problem with the patended product group of "High-Mobility-Restraints". The High-Mobility-Restraint system comprises of a belt system and newly developed multifunctional retractors (MFR) with ELR and ALR function. This combination allows the user the desired freedom of movement and simultaneously provides the highest level of safety (roll-over, fall protection) and comfort. Our range of High-Mobility-Restraints provides a comprehensive selection of belts for loaders and gunners in military vehicles, aeroplanes and helicopters, as well as for rescue personnel in ambulances. Standard colours are black and olive, other colours can be supplied upon request.

CoMRes™ (Commander Mobility Restraint)
The name CoMRes™ stands for a restraint system that is completely worn on the body. This patented jacket provides the user (e.g. commander) with functions of safety and secure holding during activities performed in standing or sitting positions. A fast, trouble-free change of vehicles is enabled by means of an intelligent interface and by using the standard existing attachment points within the vehicles. We fulfil individual customer requirements quickly and simply by means of existing components, which were previously certified for aviation application. Some of those components are, for example, the SCHROTH turn lock, manually lockable retractors (ALR function) and safety belt adjustment mechanisms. The jacket itself is adjustable and can be adapted to fit persons of various sizes (max. 95 percentile man).

PIR (Profile Integrated Retractors)
Our patented belt system (Profile Integrated Retractors) was created on the basis of our aviation and automotive experience, as well as from our intensive development work. The worldwide increasing safety-consciousness compels us to develop even better restraint systems, also for re-fitting in existing troop vehicles. An extrusion profile with fully protected retractors in combination with a three or four-point belt is applied for the PIR. This profile enables a simple connection to existing structures. If necessary, an additional head rest can be applied to provide the ideal shoulder belt guide. Our PIR systems also fulfil special requirements for sideward directed seats. And as is usual at SCHROTH, customer requirements can be developed and realised in individual concepts.
